Meditation Groups
I have been meditating since I was quite young, and have had trainings in various forms of meditation and mindfulness. I have been facilitating groups for many years to help with stress, anxiety, burnout including teachers, health care workers, film industry workers and other businesses. Contact if you would like to be part of an ongoing group on zoom or in-person, or if you already have a group but need a facilitator.

Workshops
I have extensive experience teaching children, teenagers and adults and have been facilitating workshops since 2013 on stress management, group cohesion and team building, self-worth, body-image, relationship issues, boundaries, dependency issues, writing and much more! I am also currently a faculty associate and instructor at CIty University of Seattle. I am comfortable working with small groups, or as large as up to 50 people. Let me know your needs! I am happy to come into your space or workplace to support your needs in the greater Vancouver area, or on zoom.

I also host weekend retreats that include meditation, yoga, nervous system regulation, accessing the unconscious and other theme-led topics.
